These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of k-popit.com and its related subdomains and services (the "Service"), operated by K-Popit Media, Inc. ("K-Popit," "we," "us," or "our"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. We do not endorse and are not responsible for User Content posted by others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original articles, design, graphics, and software, is owned by K-Popit or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, and media referenced on the Service (including artist names, agency names, and related materials) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on the Service is for news reporting, commentary, and identification purposes and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
