Stray Kids' Felix Chosen as 2026 Hanbok Wave Cultural Artist

Stray Kids member Felix has been selected as the ambassador for South Korea's 2026 Hanbok Wave project, a government-backed initiative aimed at introducing traditional Korean fashion to a wider global audience.

Announced on Wednesday by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the collaboration will see Felix work with five Korean hanbok brands to showcase modern interpretations of the traditional attire. Each brand will create designs inspired by Felix's image and style, with the finished looks set to be featured in fashion editorials and global promotional campaigns.

Fans can also expect to see Felix's hanbok visuals displayed on digital billboards in major cities, including Seoul, New York, Paris and Milan.

The project comes as hanbok continues to gain international attention alongside the global rise of Korean culture. Previous Hanbok Wave ambassadors have included actor Park Bo-gum, actress Kim Tae-ri, singer-actress Suzy and former figure skating champion Kim Yuna.
