TREASURE Kicks Off 'NEW WAV' Fan Concert Tour With Seoul Shows
K-POP boy group TREASURE is opening its new fan concert tour at home. The group will perform "TREASURE THE STAGE 2026 NEW WAV : LIVE IN SEOUL" from Friday through Sunday at the Hwajung Gymnasium on the Korea University campus in Seongbuk district, Seoul.
The Seoul dates mark TREASURE's first domestic fan concert in about 15 months, following its last hometown show in March of last year. The tour also doubles as a live extension of the group's fourth EP, "NEW WAV," released earlier this month under YG Entertainment.
"NEW WAV" arrived with strong commercial numbers. The album sold more than one million copies in its first week, posting results on major weekly album charts in both South Korea and Japan. It also reached No. 1 on iTunes album charts in 13 regions. The music video for the title track, "IF I," crossed 100 million views within 11 days of release.
The Seoul shows will feature the first live performances of songs from "NEW WAV," along with rearranged versions of earlier tracks and new unit stages. The group has also built in segments designed for direct interaction with fans.
TREASURE members took part in the planning process themselves. "Our fourth EP 'NEW WAV' received a lot of love," the group said in a statement. "Thanks to that, the whole team feels more motivated than ever. We prepared hard for the fan concert, and we want to make good memories with our fans."
From Seoul, the tour expands into a 20-show run across eight cities. TREASURE will then travel to Japan for dates in Osaka, Kanagawa, Hyogo, Aichi, Fukui, Fukuoka and Tokyo.
The scale of the tour reflects how quickly TREASURE has rebuilt momentum at home and in Japan, one of K-POP's most important overseas markets. After a long stretch focused on overseas activity and album rollouts, the group is now using a fan-facing format to reset its relationship with the listeners who carried "NEW WAV" to a million-seller debut.
