BTS' Jin Wins Three Awards at Brazil's SEC Awards 2026
BTS member Jin picked up three awards at Brazil's SEC Awards 2026, adding another achievement to his growing list of international honors as a solo artist.
At this year's ceremony, he was named International Male Artist of the Year and Asian Artist of the Year, while his solo track "Don't Say You Love Me" received the award for International Song of the Year. The SEC Awards recognize achievements across music, television, film and entertainment, with Jin emerging as one of this year's biggest international winners.
The latest recognition continues the strong run for "Don't Say You Love Me," which has been well received by listeners around the world since its release. The song has also earned praise for Jin's emotional vocals and has collected a series of accolades over the past year.
His popularity in Latin America has continued to grow as well. In 2025, Jin won International Hit of the Year at Brazil's BreakTudo Awards, while Billboard Brazil selected "Don't Say You Love Me" as one of the year's best K-POP songs by a male solo artist. Mexico's House Radio also named him K-pop Artist of the Year for the second straight year, with the song earning recognition in the outlet's year-end K-POP song list.
The awards come as Jin continues the European leg of BTS' "ARIRANG" world tour. After finishing concerts in Madrid, he is scheduled to perform in Brussels, London, Munich and Paris, where he will continue meeting fans across the region.
