BTS's Jungkook Dominates Reels and TikTok With Viral Dance Challenges

BTS member Jungkook is tearing through short-form video with a run of dance challenges that keeps pulling tens of millions of views within hours. The clips are landing across both Instagram Reels and TikTok, a sign of how quickly his solo content moves on either platform.

A video Jungkook posted to social media on June 28 KST passed 50.36 million views within 22 hours of upload. In the clip, he performs choreography to "10count" by singer-songwriter Rym. He wears a denim jacket open over his abs, a styling choice that quickly became its own talking point online. On TikTok, the same video has cleared 15 million cumulative views, showing how easily his content travels across platforms.

Over the past three days, Jungkook has shared a new dance challenge clip every day. Each one has topped 40 million views. A challenge he posted two days earlier, set to "ICONIC BY MISTAKE," a collaboration between HYBE label groups LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT and KATSEYE, hit 53.22 million views in just two days.

BTS is in the middle of its own busy stretch. The group opened the European leg of its "ARIRANG" tour on June 26 and 27 local time at Riyadh Air Metropolitano in Madrid. After wrapping the Spain dates, the group heads to Brussels on July 2 to continue the run.

The pattern shows how Jungkook's solo posts and the group's tour schedule are working in tandem. Even as BTS moves city to city across Europe, his short-form videos are keeping the group inside the daily feed of fans who may never make it to a venue. In today's K-pop, that kind of platform presence has become as central to a comeback cycle as the stage itself.
