CORTIS's 'GO!' Hits 200 Million Spotify Streams, a First for the Rookie Group
Group CORTIS has crossed 200 million streams on a single song for the first time since debut. The track is "GO!," from the group's first EP.
CORTIS, made up of Martin, James, Juhoon, Seonghyeon, and Keonho, passed 200 million plays on Spotify with "GO!" on June 26. That milestone came about nine months after the EP's release on September 8 of last year. The song first hit 100 million streams on January 2, 116 days after release, and added another 100 million in roughly five months. It is now the group's most-streamed song, and the only track by a male group to debut in the past five years to reach the mark.
"GO!" was named one of the best K-POP songs of 2025 by U.K. outlets NME and Dazed, as well as Apple Music and Spotify. Billboard ranked it No. 2 on its "25 Best K-POP Songs of 2025: Staff Picks" list. The track also made an unusual mark on U.S. radio. It first entered Billboard's Pop Airplay chart on the issue dated March 7, six months after release, and stayed on the chart for 14 weeks in a row. A song from a group less than a year into its career rarely holds that long on a chart based on U.S. radio spins.
The strength of those tracks pushed the EP "COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES" past 600 million total streams as of June 23. Another song from the album, "FaSHioN," is also closing in on 200 million plays, with about 183.5 million as of June 27. The members co-wrote and co-produced the music, which adds to the weight of the numbers.
